From a young age, Cesar has been captivated by the world of luxury goods and fashion, with a particular passion for jewelry. After graduating high school, he pursued his gemological education at the prestigious Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in New York City, becoming a Graduate Gemologist at just 21 years old.

Armed with his gemological expertise, Cesar returned home to Richmond and gained valuable experience working as an apprentice appraiser and jewelry sales associate. However, his true dream was to one day own his own jewelry store - a place where he could provide an exceptional, personalized experience for every customer. Today, Cesar and his wonderful staff welcome you to Sycamore Jewelers' bright, welcoming showroom.
